Why invest?
Greenfields Network is a member driven collective of active investors – who may be individual or corporate. We seek members with commercial experience and expertise, a desire to invest in seed and start-up enterprises and, possibly, a willingness to take a proactive role in supporting an investee company.
Membership terms and application are available here. To be considered for membership, applicants must meet the requirements of the Securities Act 1978 defined as:
(a) high net worth individuals (ie net assets of at least $2,000,000, or had an annual gross income of at least $200,000 for each of the last 2 financial years); or
(b) habitual or experienced investors.
Verification from a chartered accountant or financial adviser must be provided.
